Mojave

The 32bit version of kJams (the current release) must be run on macOS Mojave (10.14) or earler (back to 10.10).

If you have upgraded your macOS past Mojave (to 10.15 or 11.0 or later), then 32bit kJams can't run, because those operating systems do not support 32bit apps. In that case your only choice is to try the new 64bit version of kJams.

Note that i tried very very hard to warn everyone to NOT upgrade past Mojave, for at least a year ahead of time. In-app dialog, newsletter mailing list, facebook, and twitter. The problem was that some people were stuck on a version that was so old that it lost the ability to auto update, and since they didn't update, they didn't see the in-app warning to NOT upgrade.

Your serial number needs to be converted from the old shopping cart system (32bit eSellerate) to the new one (64bit Paddle). The older, 32bit version of the app was capable of doing this for over two years, because it was capable of running both shopping carts. The 64bit version of kJams is not capable of running the old shopping cart, so it can not convert the old serial number to a new one.

I'm really sorry about this, but there is no way to register kJams with an old (32bit) serial number, when running the new (64bit) app.

What you CAN do is find an older mac, that can run an OS between 10.10 and 10.14, or find a windows computer, run kJams on that, convert your SN to the new format, then transfer the SN to the new computer. There is no other way to convert your serial number.

Another option, of course, is to just purchase a new copy of kJams, which would really help me actually.

Please let me know if you are a Patreon member, I may be able to help convert your SN for you.
