If you're getting "eSellerate Engine Error" or "an internal error has occurred in the engine":
Try this first:
- reinstall the eSellerate Engine.
If that doesn't work, try these things:
for Macintosh
Clean up the eSellerate Resources with RegFix, then just try again.
If that doesn't work, try this, then this.
If things are still going wrong even after all of the above, run System Check, and email me the results ASAP, we'll get it figured out!
Windows
Search your computer for 'eWebClient.dll', how many copies are found and where?
Delete any that you find one in any of these locations: (do NOT delete others)
C:\Users\<your user>\AppData\Local\Temp C:\ProgramData\eSellerate C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\eSellerate
Then install the updater from this link.
if all else fails
delete everything on your computer related to eSellerate. then try again. More info on this link
Now run kJams. Let me know if it worked!!
