Since you're running the 32bit mac version, it is not possible for you to upgrade to the subscription version without first upgrading your operating system.

Recommended: macOS 26 or 27 Works fine: macOS 14, or 15 Works now but discontinued support soon: macOS 13

So, if your mac can only get to macOS 13 for now, then upgrade to that and download the edition you need (HomeParty or NightClub), to get you started, it will work fine for now. This will give you time to get a newer computer that can run macOS 26 (they're cheap on ebay)
