Corrupted Music Store Song: Difference between revisions

If you're seeing this message, it means kJams had trouble downloading a song from the music store.

Don't worry! If the purchase was successful, either you have received an email receipt or you can simply sync your purchase.

For "Karaoke Locker", check your email and find that receipt. Inside you'll find a download link, from there you can download the song! Be sure to pick "move", NOT "reference" when you "Add to Library".

For the other music stores, go to preferences->stores->edit music store settings, then pick the store, then click "Sync Previous Purchases".

-Be sure to move the downloaded song files to a permanent location (eg: not on the desktop, not in the downloads folder, and not in the [[KJams_Music_Folder|kJams Music]] folder).  I recommend you put it in a folder at the same location as your other music.  Then, add it to your library, you should be all set!
