Okay, here are the instructions for fixing the problem:
- Arrange your windows so you can always see the Activity window
- context-click on the "Karaoke Cloud" store playlist, pick "reload"
- wait for the activity to complete
- search for that same song you tried to stream / purchase, the one that failed
- can you find it?
- what was it's name and artist and album (all three)?
- if you do find it, go ahead and stream / purchase it as you did before
- did it work?
Please email me back, and answer all questions (steps 5, 6, 7 and 8).
