Creating a song book

If I rip a bunch of songs onto a hard drive,they are in order of when they were ripped in the library. How do I organize them by song name alphabetical order and by artist alphabetical order so that I can print books of songs? Is it possible?

like any application that has table views:

click the column headers to sort
drag column headers to arrange
right click column headers to add/remove

thank you for getting back so quickly - what would be the best way for me to print this stuff out? Also, if I put this library of tunes on an external USB drive and plug it in to my CAVS 203G unit via USB, will the tunes play as MP3s with graphics?
