alt/c

Just talk about kJams stuff with each other, describe things you did that worked, talk about your setup, anything that doesn't fit into the other forums!

do you mean "auto cue" as in "move the playhead to the first audible portion of the song" ?

cuz the space bar will play the selected (or paused) song

Yep I do mean auto cue as in "move the playhead to the first audible portion of the song
I've always created a shortcut in kJams that does this and the shortcut I use is alt/c Then when a track is playing and a singer isn't ready to sing when the words start I can hit atl/c and the track plays from the beginning of the music
The reason I'm asking is I've just had a new Mini Mac (the drive of which incidentally reads CDG's) The reason I got it is because I can put 8GB of RAM in it. When I downloaded kJams the shortcut was there. There is more to the tale but I don't wanna bore you

Well, I both tried Option-c (which did nothing) as well as looked at the menu, which had no key command after cue, so I am stumped.

if you have an old "keyboard.txt" file, you won't get the new one. if you chuck your file, you'll get the new one. but you'll lose any edits you previously made
