AirPort Express Support

I'm currently using a great Rogue Amoeba app called Airfoil for Airport Express support with Kjams, however,it's not built-in (one more thing for people to buy), and it causes a five-ish second delay on the outgoing audio (That's APE for ya), and this delay causes a large amount of difficulty singing. Is it possible to add:
1. Built-in APE support (substitute for Airfoil, just a $$$-saver for us
2. Support for adding a delay on the video to match up with the delay on the APE (possibly adjustable, more important)

1: neither Apple nor Roge Amoeba are licensing the technology. i don't have the resources to reverse-engineer the encryption keys
