Shuffle Mode
Hi, I'm new to kjams, actually new to Macs in general, and I love this application. I'm converting over from a PC using Karafun in my home bar and have found kjams to be just fantastic. One question I have, though, is how do you get the "shuffle" and "repeat" buttons to do anything at the bottom of the playlist window? Or are they just there for show?
Basically I would love to be able to run a playlist in shuffle mode but can't figure out how.

:)
they're just for show
just kidding.
when doing a buncha UI work in a big push (a long time ago now) i put in all the things i'd eventually want to work. since then i just haven't gotten around to putting the actual features in and hooking them to the UI. And frankly nobody has really mentioned it 'till now (except for one chronic complainer who was ripping every possible hole he could find, so i couldn't take him seriously).
Anyway i consider your note a feature request to just get it working. So i will. look for it actually working soon.

Thanks Dave! It's not a deal breaker, obviously since I paid for the software.
But it would definitely be a great feature for me. I found workarounds to accomplish everything else I want to do and I have to say that the main reason I chose to buy the software and use it is the excellent support I've seen you give here. I'm a software developer myself and I really appreciate what you're doing here.
I guess the only problem I still have is that I have to run in 640x480 for the lyrics to stay in synch with the music at full screen, but that's more my problem: It's a 333MHz tray-load iMac.
