I cannot reproduce your problem, ergo i can not fix it.

here's what I did:

run kjams
make a new playlist
drag 4 songs into it
select playlist
double click first song
--> it starts playling
drag play head to just about the end of the song
wait for song to finish
--> it goes to the next song and starts playing

So what are you doing different? Do you have "Pause Between Tracks" set in your preferences?

Maybe?

I noticed this "appeared" to happen when I clicked off of the playlist after starting it (for example, went back to the Library to find more songs to add). If I don't click back on the playlist and have it displayed on the screen by the time the song ends, kJams doesn't list the next songs on the video window and just stops playing at the end of the current song. Is there any way to have it continue playing the playlist even though I don't have it highlighted?

if that is what is happening, that is a bug. It was designed to keep playing the playlist where the current song is. I'll take a look at that, thanks for the report.

Update: Wow, i just looked at it and discovered that bug has been in there since the very beginning! the ONLY playlist for which that function actually *worked* was the Library playlist. Okay, i've fixed it so now it works on all playlists.

Almost there

I just downloaded today's update and was happy to see that the playlist now continues to play despite me moving into the Library. This is going to be very handy! It seems that the 'next three songs' feature still does not work properly when I don't have the current playlist highlighed. It just displays "Next". This is what I did:

-Create a playlist
-Load a few songs into it
-Start playing first song, skip to 3/4
-Click on "Library"
-Towards end of song, video displays "Next" with no song names

If I keep the current playlist highlighted, the 'next three songs' seems to work fine.
