Perhaps you haven't seen the Server? Singers use their iOS device or 'droid or any web browser-wifi capable device or computer, to search for songs, and then submit them directly to the rotation, no need for printing song books.

I would like to run the Server for use in my home when I have a couple of friends over but I have Lite. If I upgrade to Pro AND use CB streaming will I be forced to upgrade to Chartbuster KJ for $19.99 as well? If so, any chance that the Server could be added to Lite in the future and just limited to browsing only so we don't have to print songbooks as a home user either?

yes, to use Pro streaming, you have to use the higher priced tier.
and it's very unlikely i'll add the server to the lite version. sorry about that.

For Printing, see here.

If it is just for browsing, just export your Library as CSV, convert to PDF, and open in any webkit browser, such as Safari, or the crippled, somewhat brain dead, but still functional Chrome.

BTW, if you have file sharing turned on, you can even just connect to the PDF remotely
