"Case Sensitive" Formatting?

Post by [email protected] »

Dave,

I have recently received a bunch of new .zip karaoke files from a friend of mine, and when I drag and drop any of these new .zip files from my external hard drive to kjams, it comes up with an error message saying "Action Not Allowed Kjams cannot use "Case Sensitive" formatted drives due to several technical factors I won't go into here. To use the music on this drive, you must reformat the drive without 'Case Sensitive'".

Do you know how I can do that? Also, if I do that, will I have to delete the contents of that drive before it will reformat?

Thank you for your time!
