Hi all,
This is a general question regarding security. We don't want our kJams library useable by someone else if our MacBook is stolen. We've used a utility on the Mac called Knox by Agile Web Solutions for other projects, but just for protected storage, not real time use as with kJams. Our question is: Has anyone used Knox with kJams? Our kJams library is around 500gb and I was concerned with a potential performance hit if the library is in a protected vault/disk image. FYI, I have posed this question to the Agile folks to see what they have to say, but I want to check with other kJams users as well. 8^)
Thanks in advance for any feedback y'all!
Regards,
Mark & Anita

Hi all,
After researching the pro's & con's of Vault and to a lesser extent, FileVault, we decided not to use either. The potential problems wasn't worth the extra effort.
kind regards all,
Mark & Anita
