Singers disappeared from rotation

My venue shows 5 singers. KJ rotation rotation only shows 2. Even though user signed in with ijams & it shows up in tonight folder, there is no way to check this person as here to add to rotation. How do I get users to show up again in KJ rotation with a checkbox that I can uncheck if they are not here?

if you have "auto mark singers here" in the prefs, then when a song is added to the singer they will be put into the KJ Rotation

singers that are bold-italic in the sources list are "here"

"here" singers CAN have zero songs in their list, in that case they WILL show up in "KJ Rotation" with a dash, but will NOT show up in the regular "Rotation"

the check box you're talking about is in the Venue playlist, select the venue and you will see all singers and the check box for "here"

if a playlist (venue, rotation etc) seems emptier than you think it should, make sure there is no search string, and check "clear search field when switching sources"

you can set a singer "not here" in a rotation playlist buy just pressing delete
