VGA cable to my monitor

how to convert vga signal from a computer to a coaxial cable signal to get computer screen in a tv? tv's input is carried through coaxial cable and the out put from the computer is taken way by the vga cable. so i like to know how to convert the vga signal to coaxial signal to get an out into the tv i.e to get my computer screen display on my tv?

I'm certainly not the best advisor on this topic but if your TV only has a coaxial input then I think you will need a VGA converter to get the VGA signal to RCA and then an RF modulator to go from RCA to Coaxial. That setup will likely cost you around $100 so you may want to consider buying a used TV with more inputs (RCA or S-Video) and drop the RF modulator. I bought this VGA converter from Monoprice which works well for VGA to TV with either S-Video or RCA.

Nah, it's cheaper than that. You can get an RF modulator at Best Buy or RadioShack for around $35, and a VGA - S-Video adaptor for about $5-$10
Or you can get them even cheaper on eBay.

Most TVs should have an RCA composite input, so you might be able to just get by with the adaptor.
