rewritten iTunes crossfader

inspired by another discussion in another thread, I rewrote the crossfader script to fix a few issues. Instead of the user having to edit the script to set max volume levels, the script is now intelligent, and polls iTunes and kJams to get its current volume levels. Also, the max volume levels no longer need to be the same. Rather, the script fades each at different speeds such that both reach their end points at the same time. I also redid some of the algorithm logic so it was more compact, so it should run smoothly.
