kJams can play files you've already got on your computer, so you have to get the file there first.
Try Miro to grab the files from youtube, then you can add them to kJams.

Or you can just use KeepVid. http://keepvid.com
Just enter the YouTube URL and it does the rest, grabbing any of the associated videos, or just the MP3, and downloading them to your machine.
Alternately, you can just paste this Java-applet into your browser:
javascript:(a%20=%20(b%20=%20document).createElement('script')).src%20=%20'http://keepvid.com/js/bm.js',%20b.body. ... a);void(0);
which will do it automatically.
As another alternative, if you are using Safari, you can open the Activity window, find the line where the video is listed (usually the only link with file size in the Mb range, and option (alt) double click, and Safari will grab it for you!
