IMPORTING PORTABLE HARDDRIVE

Im trying to import karaoke songs from my portable hard drive to my kjams but the drag and drop metod is not working! any advise????? urgent

Go to" File/Add to library" then navigate to the tracks you want in kJams and click Choose

please describe exactly this "drag and drop" method you're using?
what, EXACTLY, are you draggin?
where, EXACTLY, are you dropping?

drag the folder containing the songs
drop it into the tracks list (on the right side of the browser window)
