Chartbuster One Click E-mail Request

Why am I forced to enter my credit card information as well even though I have a Chartbuster streaming ID already. I entered my e-mail address yet it still asks for the CC number and security code. Is it something that is required for a streaming account?

I think there must be a misunderstanding here. You are not in fact forced to enter a CC to stream a song from Chartbuster, if you have entered your "Customer ID" (which has a streaming subscription) into the prefs, and you are trying to stream a song.

Are you clicking a "Buy" button? or a "Stream" button? You have to be clicking "Stream".

I clicked the column at the top to make sure it's only stream. When I come home, I could take a recording of the process for you to watch.

in the latest version, it should only ask you for an email address. is this what you see?
