Dave,
I just purchased a new laptop for my portable functions. How do I just put all of my music on an external hardrive for said events and access my KJams only off the External Hard Drive. This is due to the fact that I do not want to saturate the memory on my computer.

don't think too hard about it, it's easier than you think
1) have a hard drive full of songs. note: put them in a folder, please. don't have all your songs at the root of the hard drive
2) drag said folder on to kjams
3) there is no step 3
Also, you say "memory" when i think you mean "internal hard drive space" or "internal storage space". they are VERY different things, tho they use the same unit of measurement (bytes).
