to the external hard drive, & I can then add to a mac since I ripped them to the windows machine!! I really don't want to go and have to add every single one again. I am sure that there is a way to do this without having to go through the windows file manager!! I just got tired of trying different stuff.
Thanks in advance!!

Added 3 or 4 new CDG's , how to copy just those
Re: Added 3 or 4 new CDG's , how to copy just those
sorry, your question isn't clear. i'm not really sure what you want to do?
are you saying you just ripped some discs to the internal drive to your pc, and you want to copy them to an external drive that you can plug into your mac, so you can add them to your mac? i'm not sure if that's what you mean. but if it is, you've already explained it to yourself pretty well
1: copy the songs to the external. make a playlist containing the songs you want, then file->export->entire playlist: all files, (heirarchic, album), save to external drive, name it "my stuff" or something
2: plug the drive into the mac
3: copy the songs into the mac. copy that folder into the "kJams" folder. NOT NOT NOT into the "kJams Music" folder.
4: dismount the drive then unplug it. drag the drive to the trash. once it's gone, you can pull the plug.
5: add the songs to the kJams library. drag the folder onto the kJams icon

Re: Added 3 or 4 new CDG's , how to copy just those
So I want to actually copy just the CDG's that I ripped.. and they seem to be all zipped up, which I think is normal, yes? So in Windows file manager, do I just do a search for the exact disk and copy the entire folder to the external? Then just add in in your directions to the Mac? Thanks again Dave for your assistance

No, just follow the steps I outlined above
