For some reason, when I attempt to log in with another computer remotely, via the http://1235:12345, as soon as the laptop attempts to connect kjams shuts itself down and gives me the option to restart, reset and restart etc.

I tried deleting all the names in the venue, then attempted another log in. Worked with no crash. During the evening the laptops temporarily lost internet connection, when we rebooted them it crashed kjams as they logged into ijams. Again, cleared all user names out of the venue, logged on via ijams (laptops) and had everyone become "new users" again. Not sure if this is isolated to me or if others are experiencing ? any help is appreciated
