How to reset the meta data of a SCDG

Post by reddroki »

Hi all,

First post and Happy New Year! I've looked through the boards to the answer to this question but haven't found it.

Situation: All the titles on a SCDG were changed to the Disk Number. In other words, inserted the SCDG, all the song titles and artists were listed, but not the disc #. Ensured the disc icon was selected from the sidebar, Select All, entered the Disc # into the Artist field and clicked OK. 8^p

Problem: KJams correctly remembers this edit, but we want KJams to forget this mistake and look at the SCDG as if it is the first time KJams has seen this disc.

Thank you!

right click the disc icon and go "reveal in finder"
trash the xml file in the "kJams CDs" folder
eject the disc and stick it back in
