I had some problems when I moved my songs to an external drive. I think I solved most of them after I realized that I trashed my music folder thingy. I saved the serial number file but lost everything else. After trashing everything related to KJams, I was able to create a new music folder and all is well. One thing...when I now add a folder of songs into Kjams (Add To Library) I used to get a dialog box automatically popping up to reinterpret songs. This box does not come up any longer and I have to do it after I import the folder. Is there any way to get this auto pop up back?

the auto popup one is turned off by default. it is this way because the auto one DOES NOT update your music files to have the new names. if you reinterpret AFTER you import, your music files are updated. this way, if you rebuild your library, you do NOT have to reinterpret AGAIN. you do it once and it's done for ever. it's better this way, trust me.

How can I turn it on again if needed ?
Can't find the option anywhere. I probably won't use it but I need that comfort level of having the ability of being able to put things back to the way they were before the crash

in the "tags" prefs, "scan meta tags: ask"
but if you do that, you'll have to do that every time you rebuild your library.
