out of sync?

I just purchased kJams Pro and the problem I am having is that the songs I have downloaded are about 2 beats ahead of the lyrics that are being displayed. What am I not doing, or what am I doing wrong?

If ALL songs are doing this, then you can set your system to use Global Sync Slip. If only some songs do this, then you can set it per song.
