Getting crash report

kJams on a mini mac closed whilst a song was being sung last night and the KJ chose not to send a crash report when she was given the opportunity. I've since looked at getting a crash report off my Laptop to see how easy it is to get it of the Mini Mac when I go the venue, but each time I hit the Send Crash Report, kJams seems to freeze.

This is what happens

When I click on the Help menu and then pick "Send Crash Report" the Help menu remains highlighted and nothing happens.

When I click on Help again the "Send Crash Report" item is still available, so i pick it, but the same thing happens.

I can drag the kJams window and the Help menu remains highlighted, but if I click to play a track the Help menu goes un-highlighted.

I want to be able to sent the report to you from the Mini Mac, via my laptop (because there's no internet connection at the venue where it lives and it would be a pain in the ass to bring the Mini Mac home). I will bring the Mini Mac home if that's the only way to do it.

Still not able to send crash report
I'm running snow but I couldn't send a crash report before I upgraded.
