Multi plex

Is kJams missing a feature you need? Post it here! Note: if iTunes has it but kJams doesn't, it's a good bet kJams will have it, but that I just haven't gotten around to it yet. But go ahead and request it anyway!

It would be good when I choose to not have the vocals playing on a track when played from a singers file the track is not changed throughout kJams, it would be better if it worked like the key change.

hmmm. i'm trying to determine if that really makes sense in the big picture. seems to me you NEVER want the vocal channel. you want to shut it off and never hear it again. are you saying there are some singers who WANT the lead vocal channel?

Unfortunately yes, I have some singers that like the backing because they're not confident and I'm working on a list of tracks with the vocals for them. It does get extra singers up and if they're bad singers it's less painful for the audience.

Don't worry about it. I can just put the track in the library twice and then have one with the vocals and one without and just name them accordingly.

But the pain is part of the fun! I'll admit it's an acquired taste, though, like gin or Jaeger. :)
From he to whom much liquor is given...much singing is expected.

I have to agree with jfbiii, some singers are so bad I can't help but laugh all the way through their singing and sometimes it's hard to disguise the laughing.
