cmd+O /adding to the library doesn't work!

Feel free to post bug reports here. I need exact, detailed steps showing me how I can re-create the bug on my machine, so give as much info and detail as possible.

cmd+O /adding to the library doesn't work!

Hello!

In the menu "file" the "Add to library" option does not function anymore.
Also the shortcut cmd+o does nothing...

Bug?

already fixed, just not posted yet.
just drag and drop in the meanwhile.
