Help with not enough Cache Volume to Build a burn image

Post by Just Jim »

Got a question should be simple, I have all my karaoke zipped on another external hard drive, when I was burning my discs though I got this message, "There is not enough free space on your cache volume to build a burn image" I have a Mac laptop but somehow the hard drive got full after burning 25 discs. How can I remedy this? I have quite a lot more burning to do. any help would be great.

Also, all I did was drag the songs which were zipped into Kjams I guess they automatically unzip when dropped into Kjams?

No, files don't unzip when you drag them into kJams.

what is happening is you're burning lots of discs at once, each disc image goes into the cache. If you burn 10 discs, you've got 10 discs in the cache. these are NOT purged while kJams is running. Just quit kJams and run again, and they'll get purged.
