Transfering Cd+g disck over to Kjams

I have a large collection of CD+G Disc can I or is there a way to where I can transfer those songs along with the lyrics over to Kjams? I am running from an MacBook using Mac OSX 10.4.11.

this is rather one of the points of kJams. Just stick your disc in and rip it.
