Anybody seen Pioneer LaserKaraoke videos in QT, AVI or VCD format? My local karaoke bar has a comprehensive laserdisc library they'd like to convert for computer playback, but I'm wondering if it's already been done.

To convert to QuickTime, you'll need something like ElGato EyeTV.
