Old singer at new venue

I know I need to speak to you about another issue and I will soon but, I've found another problem.
When I make an alias of a singer and move the singer to another venue, the file isn't appearing at the new venue.

did you quit kJams and run again?

Yes. I closed several times and I removed the singers file and redid it but still the singer didn't appear in kjams
