Cannot Create Account in Karaoke Cloud

I click on <create account>, the wizard has me enter my credit card info.
After entering my credit card info and clicking <OK>, I get the following mesage:

and am unable to proceed further.

quit kJams and run again? then try again? they may be having server trouble?

I quit KJAMS, reopened, and got the same problem. Have tried several times, always the same problem.

I'm also having the exact same issue: after trying to enter username & payment information, it's giving the same "not logged in" notificaiton
