Is it possible to add some scoring system after each singer for more enjoyable performance?

it's not really possible.

it would require songs to have the notes of each word encoded in the song (and that's not happening), and also require the audio from the mic to go thru the computer, which introduces latency which no pro KJ would go for.

Scoring would probably be a hit for the home user, but again, you'd need specialized music tracks.
