CDs and Itunes interference.

How can i stop iTunes from initializing when I insert a CD that a singer gives me to play for them to sing Karaoke? The disc aways comes up in iTunes first, and then I have to close it before going to KJams. Thanks in advance.

The problem is that the first thing that happens when i insert a CD is iTunes opens up. I don't know of a way to stop it.
