How to Move Songs from Songs Not Renamed

I have a lot of songs that are in Songs Not Renamed. How do I correct the meta data and then move them into my library?

Also, going forward is there a way to ensure that the meta data is correct before importing files?

if you do not know a song's album name, enter "Unknown Album" as the album name

if you mean before you rip a disc, yes, do this.

if you mean before you "add to library" some existing song files, no, you must import them into kJams, then fix the meta data.
