I just tried to call, twice. It's Sunday 10:15 EST/ 7:15 PST.

It rang several times and then a busy signal. I checked to make sure I dialed the correct number.

I was so close saying this is the program for me and being ready to roll when I decided to go ahead and fix the case (lower case to caps, etc) under the advanced settings.

I remember reading somewhere here or in the help files not to have folders with large numbers of music. All my music is in folders that reflect the original disk (15-20 or so per folder). It does it every time. Now, that being said, this has only been about 5 or 6 times. But it does it every time I have shut it down since then.

When I try to quit Kjams it hangs forever with this closing message

"Post-disposing file system utilities"

I have left this running for as much as 30 minutes and it's still thinking. I end up doing a force quite (MacBook Pro)

Is this normal? If not, what should I do differently?
