I'm not sure what you mean. Do you mean email receipt for purchasing Kjams? I purchased it years ago. I don't have that. What is the SN number?

I have always had music folders which store programs for performing. I am a singer. Each folder had about 10 or 12 songs in it.

I received a message on the screen that there can only be three songs in each folder or I have to pay for them. Am I reading that correctly?

The documentation is on your web site under documentation. The keys are the squiggly symbol command with arrow pointed up.

I know how to change the pitch, but I don't know how to change the rhythm. I am reading the documentation and following the instructions.
When I press those keys I get adjusting the volume.

How do I delete songs from my list? It has been so long since I have done it, I have forgotten how.

The sound comes out of the Mac Book but doesn't come out of the speaker it is hooked up to. Has anyone else experienced this?

I set up the reverb in Garage Band. When I sing on a song from KJams there is no reverb on my voice. What am I doing wrong?

Thank you. I hadn't thought of that. I know how to record on Garage Band, but how do I incorporate the reverb into KJams to use for the singing voice?

Does anyone know of a free reverb program for Mac download that works with KJams?

Can I make a CDG from my song files that are on KJams? By the way, KJams is great!
