Haven't forgotten, Dave...I'm setting myself a reminder to get this to you when I get home. If need be I'll be available during your office hours tonight.

Re: Deleted Singer

By "killing playlists" I mean: every time I open kJams, it tells me that it's lost/can't find/deleted (I don't remember which, I've been afraid to open the program unnecessarily) Singer A's favorites, Singer A's History, Singer B's Tonight List, Singer C's Favorites, Singer D's History, Singer E's H...

Re: Deleted Singer

I'm having issues with kJams killing playlist after playlist of random selections of singers at every time I open it. Can I just go to Time Machine at the beginning of November before this became and issue and fix it by copying the entire kJams folder from ~/Library/kJams or do I need to restore oth...

Re: Song Name vanish

I usually hit command-z to Undo when that happens. I think it has to be the very next action after hitting the space bar, too.

Re: I want to buy KJams Pro software with serial number.

Go to the downloads page:

http://karaoke.kjams.com/wiki/Downloads

The link for downloading the Pro edition is near the bottom, and to purchase, just run the app and go to Help>Purchase. If you're upgrading, then go to Help>Upgrade.

Re: Selling / Sharing ?

No...you can't. As a band, you're allowed to cover ANY song. You have to pay automatic royalties to do so, but the rates are set based on the length of the song and nobody can refuse you the right to perform or publish those performances. You just have to pay the automatic licensing fees. Karaoke is...

Re: What equipment do you use?

Also, breaking that out at any live gig will have any audiophiles in attendance turning up their noses at you, unless you give it a clever disguise.
True, but their presence at karaoke makes their "audiophile" bona fides questionable by default. :D

Re: Sound Choice YESSSSSSS!!!!!

I figured there would be more...found a couple I was not expecting...

Also, I like that it just defaulted to the credit card even though I'm using the gift pak for tricerasoft purchases.

Re: What equipment do you use?

I'm gonna plug my Peavy PR15's for speakers. They sound great in small venues and are super light weight. I wouldn't get 12" for small venue karaoke without a sub, but I've seen people do it. I'd rather have a sub for mine than not. I'm using a Peavy mixer/amp that's maybe a little underpowered (600...

Re: Slow down

It's fun to speed up fast songs, too. "Sold - Grundy County Auction" and "It's the End of the World as We Know It" are actually easier sped up a little bit.
