Do you have this problem? Each time kJams starts, an a task in the Activity window shows "Push Meta Que" for some number of songs, same number each time. This indicates a problem that must be solved.

It means kJams can’t actually locate those songs in order to update them.

do you have a playlist with “songs not renamed” ?
[[Songs Not Renamed|fix those here]].

do you have any "Corrupted ID3 Tags” ?
[[Bad ID3 Tags|fix them here]]

do you have any "Possibly Corrupted MP3” files?
if you can play the song, [[Bad ID3 Tags|fix it as above]].

do you have any "Corrupted Zip File” songs?
[[Bad Zips|fix that here]]

that should clear out at least some of them, if not all of them

after that, quit kjams, run, wait for them to finish
quit again, run again
do you STILL see the Push Meta activity?

if so, show the “Missing” column, here’s how to [[Sorting|hide/show sort columns]].

now sort by Missing, you should see the missing ones at the top
[[Missing|fix them this way]]

if the songs are just plain gone from your hard drive, then just delete the entries in the kJams Library.
