Macbook advice

I have a macbook with about 2000 songs. Lately i noticed Kjams takes longer to load than. When i play a song, it tends to load slowly in the LCD panel, sometimes the video freezes and the song plays normally, I also get the beach ball. I have a gig of RAM, do i need more RAM? or is there another problem. - Brendan

I just moved my laptop into the office and it seems to be working fine now. Is it possible my home stereo center speaker or the antennas for my wireless mics were causing some type of interference?? Could a bad audio or video cable cause this?? I will test further to see if i can reproduce it.- Brendan

strange. i'd recommend more RAM but it should be just fine even with 1 gig. keep me posted.

Is it possible that; if the laptop is not on a level surface the fan on the back end could not be properly ventilating causing the computer to run slower(over heating)?
