Re: Awesome non-kJams Windows Karaoke!!!!
Actually, even funnier would be pics of him "working."
He alternates between KaraFun, running in single screen mode (so that when he is between songs, he has all his work windows displayed up on the projection screen) and Virtual DJ, complete with the VDJ Trial Version watermark on the video window!
I'll take a few pics tonight.

Be afraid, David, be very afraid.

LOL...my old venue just starting trying to compete with me since I moved last year (it was their decision to cancel my show). So they finally can't do it on a Thursday night one week because the guy that owns the place was sick and he's the guy running the show. They did it on Friday instead, so I dropped by to scope the competition. I had heard some complaints about the small selection, so I didn't expect to find songbooks with as much in them as I did.
This guy was so lazy that the songbooks still have credits in the header and footer to the group of pirates that torrented the particular collection of 250 or so Sunfly discs that he downloaded.
I don't know which crappy program he's using to play them, but it is apparently so weak that he can't even queue singers, and has to have the disk and track number of the song because he can't search for title or artist. And sometimes, the numbers don't match to the correct song (apparently these pirates were somewhat lazy about proofing their work)--you might get up to sing and the wrong song comes up. He also didn't fix the fact that artists are listed twice in a lot of cases as [FIRST NAME] [LAST NAME] and [LAST NAME], [FIRST NAME]. So even using his crappy books is a chore because you never know if there's another variant to the artists name that you might be missing.
You'll have to forgive me, Dave, for not mentioning to him that kJams now has a Windows version.

From he to whom much liquor is given...much singing is expected.
