Yes you will only see the words on the screen, if thats the way you set it up. The lead you need is part number M9267G/A. I got mine from an Apple shop for £15.00 last month.......Len

do i get to keep the [browser window] on my [main screen] and the [lyrics] on the [TV Screen] all the time
yes
after i start every track with out hitting any keys to swich over etc
I'm not at all confident I know what you mean by that, however, i *think* the answer is "yes".
do i get a small preivew box on on my [main screen]
In the Pro version, yes.
i am also taking it that i don't need to know about screen spanning etc, was that for older computers?
"Screen Spanning" is a Windoze thing. Macs don't have "Screen Spanning" and never have. They have something better called "Extended Desktop". "Screen Spanning" is when you have a *single* virtual monitor that happens to be stretched (spanned) across 2 displays of the exact same dimensions (eg: 2 monitors that are both set to 1600x1200). The lame part about "Spanning" is that the computer believes there is only one monitor (in this case, a monitor that is 1600x2400). So "zooming" a window would cause it to span across both screens, which is almost never what you want. So the answer is yes, you do NOT have to know about that or deal with that, because you're on a Mac. Macs have *always* treated separate monitors as separate, and there is no need for each monitor to be set to the same resolution. eg: your powerbook is probably 1920x1200, but your TV is 720x480. Just drag the video window over to the TV and go full screen, and it will take over that monitor.
