Trouble with KJ Pro?

Been using this feature for sometime now with no problems, Now when I have Kjams look up a disc for me it says disc not found. When I go and look for it on there site it's right there where I can see it, yet when going through Kjams from the advanced drop down it says no disc founf. Any help would be great, as it did work before.

you need to specify the steps you take, exactly. please make a list of EXACT steps. for me, this is working fine
