Reading disc

I'm a newbie, I purchased one of the Lacie drives listed. Plugged everthing in last night. The first CDG I put in worked like a charm, recognized song names, etc. Today I decided to start with the rest of ripping. I put another CDG in the drive and kjams didn't recognize the disc. Put another in and same thing. What gives? Any secret to getting CDG's to mount like the first one I did? Thanks.

When this happens, is the CD icon even showing up in the finder? If not, this is an OS problem, not a kJams problem.
