Getting the new version
Whenever I get a message to update to the new version, I always do right away. Lately when I update I get a message that an error has happened and I should just download it from the website. When I download it from the website, it does not work either. The version I have works fine but I always like to update it when it says one is available. Any Ideas what i should do? I don't even know where to begin.
This has happened to me before, oddly, I just downloaded it again from the website, then added kjams to my applications folder and the second time around it worked.
not sure why, but it might it my be worth a try. I would say make a backup first if you are nervous, but Dave does supply the best tech support if you need it
