Crashing

Just talk about kJams stuff with each other, describe things you did that worked, talk about your setup, anything that doesn't fit into the other forums!

if ever there's a problem with the auto updater, just go to the web site and download manually

My friend just bought the Windows Kjams Pro recently.
While trying to show them a few tricks, invoking the preferences would cause a freeze.
I think they had version 32. I jumped them up to 34, same freeze.
They run windows 10. I don't have the laptop with me.
I'm on a Mac, I don't know windows very well.
Anything obvious to try? Does a crash report happen for freezes?
Thanks.

email is best for this type of thing.
freezes don't cause crashes. only a crash causes a crash report to be sent.
to fix this, i need to see it. to see it i need to reproduce it.
