Recording Performers to CD while they sing

Can anyone tell me what I need to be able to record my singers to CD while they perform. I work in a small tourist town and it would be great to capture those "losing your karaoke virginity" moments to CD. I have a G5 Dual 2.0PPC and a Vocopro KJ 800 mixer, if that helps.
