Syncing in Producer
It seems that the lyrics only sync correctly when you open it in the producer plugin, when you burn it to disc will the lyrics still be in sync exactly as it is in the producer plugin?

i don't know what you mean.
AFAIK the lyrics always sync correctly.
when you open it in producer, be sure to turn OFF "high quality render", because THAT is what it will look like on disc. kJams will play it in high quality if you're playing directly from the KTP file, but that choice is not available when you go to disc.
