is there any functionality for arranging items that have been added.

currently i have a showscreen im creating for kjams server instructions for those on android phones, and if i add the images after ive made my text, and they overlap, then they cover where the overlap is. so ill have to remove the text and re add it and it will be on top

Currently, no. it's at the top of the list for Producer features.

you can hand-edit the xml file and cut and paste the text block manually, but you must know what you're doing.
